Đây là tài liệu được Tổng cục Thủy sản ban hành nhằm cung cấp kiến thức về thực hành ATSH cho các cơ sở sản xuất, ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ; đồng thời, hỗ trợ cơ quan quản lý nhà nước trong việc kiểm tra, giám sát các cơ sở này.
Theo đó, Tổng cục Thủy sản đã hướng dẫn cách nhận diện mối nguy gây mất ATSH trong sản xuất, ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ và một số yêu cầu ATSH đối với điều kiện các cơ sở sản xuất, ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ.
Trong đó, về yêu cầu ATSH, các cơ sở ương sản xuất, ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ cần tuân thủ các yêu cầu về: lựa chọn địa điểm xây dựng cơ sở sản xuất, ương dưỡng; cơ sở hạ tầng của cơ sở sản xuất, ương dưỡng; khâu chuẩn bị thức ăn và bảo quản thức ăn cho tôm bố, mẹ và tôm giống; nhập kho, sử dụng và bảo quản các loại hóa chất, chế phẩm sinh học trong sản xuất, ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ; Yêu cầu về chương trình kiểm soát ATSH trong sản xuất, ương dưỡng; Phân công trách nhiệm kiểm soát ATSH trong sản xuất và ương dưỡng giống tôm nước lợ.
