Đầu tháng 6, giá của nhiều loại hải sản như cua biển, tôm hùm xanh hay ngao hai cồi tăng trở lại sau đợt giảm mạnh hồi tháng 4 do giãn cách xã hội chống Covid-19.
Đầu tháng 7, mặt hàng này ở Hà Nội giảm giá nhẹ trong ngắn hạn và bắt đầu giảm sâu hơn vào cuối tháng theo chính sách kích cầu của từng cửa hàng, nhà hàng hải sản. Trong đó, cua biển Cà Mau còn 250.000 – 270.000 đồng/kg (loại 4-6 con/kg), giảm từ 50.000 – 80.000 đồng/kg.
Đối với cua thịt, giảm còn 480.000 đồng/kg (loại 3 con/kg), cua gạch còn từ 540.000 – 650.000 đồng/kg (tùy theo trọng lượng cua). So với giá bán của nhiều tháng trước, có thời điểm cao nhất lên tới 700.000 – 800.000 đồng/kg, cua biển đang có mức giá khá hấp dẫn, vì thế một vài cửa hàng ở Hà Nội cho biết, mặt hàng này bán chạy hơn cả nhờ giảm giá kích cầu.
Trên các chợ hải sản online, giá cua biển Cà Mau rẻ hơn từ 50.000 – 100.000 đồng/kg so với nhà hàng, tùy theo loại cua gạch hay cua thịt và trọng lượng dây buộc cua.
Cua Cà Mau đang giảm giá kích cầu tại nhiều cửa hàng hải sản.
Có sự chênh lệch giá đáng kể giữa các nơi bán, nhưng so với tháng trước, giá cua biển đang “mềm” hơn.

Không chỉ cua biển, các mặt hàng “hot” như tôm hùm xanh, tôm Alaska cũng vẫn được ưu đãi mạnh. Trong đó, tôm hùm xanh size lớn còn 620.000 – 650.000 đồng/kg. Cua hoàng đế xanh giảm còn 1,7 triệu đồng/kg. Tôm hùm Canada size 1 – 1.2kg về còn 760.000 đồng/kg.
Không chỉ giảm tới 50% giá nhiều loại hải sản, các nhà hàng cũng ra thực đơn mới, thậm chí mở thêm các quầy bán đồ ăn sáng hải sản để hút khách.
Tôm hùm ngộp và ghẹ ngộp giảm giá từ 15%.
Là loại thực phẩm được yêu thích, đang có giá tốt, song chọn cua, tôm ngon cũng cần chú ý nhiều điểm. Theo Minh Anh, nhân viên cửa hàng hải sản trên phố Trần Kim Xuyến, Hà Nội, nếu muốn chọn được một con cua ngon có thể dựa vào các chi tiết ở càng và mai cua.
“Ví dụ, cua cái ngon, đầy gạch và trứng thì phần mai cua có độ đàn hồi tốt khi dùng tay nhấn, ngược lại, nếu ấn vào thấy mai bị xốp, thì cua đó ít thịt. Cua tươi, nhìn yến vẫn còn bám chắc vào thân, chân và càng chuyển động khỏe mạnh, linh hoạt, gai trên càng và mai cua vẫn còn sắc nguyên sẽ ngon.
