Cơ chế hình thành và biện pháp phòng bệnh đốm đen trên tôm nuôi.
Sự phát triển của ngành thủy sản nói chung và nghề nuôi tôm nói riêng đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn. Từ vấn đề giá cả sục giảm, dịch bệnh hoành hành đến thời tiết thay đổi thất thường đều làm người nuôi “ăn không ngon, ngủ không yên”. Trong đó tình hình tôm gần hoặc đang trong giai đoạn thu hoạch bị đốm đen nhiều trên vỏ đang gây hại rất lớn đến giá trị của tôm bán ra thị trường. Làm mất một nguồn lợi nhuận rất đáng kể cho người nuôi.
Đốm đen thường xuất hiện trên tôm từ 60 ngày tuổi đến khi thu hoạch, tập trung nhiều vào giai đoạn 25-45 ngày tuổi. Đặc biệt là khi thời tiết thay đổi thất thường, lúc vừa mới mưa, nước ao loãng ra làm độ mặn giảm thấp. Thời điểm đó, độ kiềm trong ao cũng bị giảm và kéo dài, lượng oxy không đạt được ngưỡng tối ưu cho sự phát triển của tôm, hàm lượng khí độc cao sau một thời gian hình thành nhất là NO2 khi mà chúng không có đủ cơ chế để chuyển hóa thành NO3 ít độc hơn.
Đàn tôm nuôi còn bị kích thích lột xác “bất đắc dĩ”, tuy nhiên vì đột ngột và mới mưa xuống nên sẽ không đủ khoáng chất cung cấp cho quá trình lột xác làm tôm rất yếu và dễ nhiễm một số mầm bệnh khác.
Vi khuẩn chính là “kẻ” thừa cơ hội tấn công nhiều nhất trong ao. Khi tôm yếu do lột xác không đủ khoáng chất, vi khuẩn trong nước ao cũng như là vi khuẩn bám trên vỏ tôm sẽ bắt đầu tập trung tấn công. Khi đó, cơ chế miễn dịch của tôm hoạt động bằng cách tiết enzyme prophenoloxidase sau này chuyển hóa thành dạng đốm đen melanin tiêu diệt vi khuẩn tạo đốm đen trên vỏ.
Tỷ lệ tôm chết có thể lên đến 95% trong vòng 15-30 ngày sau khi phát hiện.
Mặc dù đốm đen là do tôm tự tạo ra để hạn chế sự gây hại của vi khuẩn, về mặt sinh học là hoàn toàn có lợi cho tôm. Vì sau một thời gian, thì đốm đen trên vỏ sau nhiều lần lột xác cũng sẽ tự biến mất. Tuy nhiên, nếu tôm có thể khỏe mạnh trở lại thì mới có khả năng lột xác tiếp để đốm đen biến mất. Mà đa số thì những hoạt động chống lại của tôm không đủ để tiêu diệt tất cả vi khuẩn. Bệnh do vi khuẩn thì ngày càng nặng, tỉ lệ chết càng nhiều mà đốm đen cũng vẫn còn hiện diện nhiều trên vỏ. Nếu xét về mặc kinh tế thì tôm tự tạo đốm đen sẽ làm giá tôm sẽ giảm thấp, mất giá trị thương phẩm.
Nếu không có biện pháp chữa trị kịp thời, mà mức độ ô nhiễm trong ao nặng và hàm lượng vi khuẩn cao gấp nhiều lần, thì tỷ lệ chết có thể lên đến 95% trong vòng 15-30 ngày sau khi phát hiện.
Ngoài đốm đen trên vỏ thì đàn tôm nuôi cũng có nhiều biểu hiện bất thường như mòn đuôi, cụt râu, đứt phụ bộ, đuôi có thể bị phồng nhưng các dấu hiệu tổn thương khác vẫn chưa rõ ràng. Một thời gian sau, đốm đen đã xuất hiện nhiều thì tôm bắt đầu bỏ ăn, tăng trưởng giảm chậm, chết rải rác và khi lột xác bị dính vỏ, dính chân, không lột được hoàn toàn. Khi nặng hơn, gan tụy tôm bắt đầu nhợt nhạt, ăn yếu, ruột rỗng, chết gần như hầu hết đàn tôm nuôi.
Biện pháp tốt nhất là làm tốt các biện pháp phòng bệnh: cải thiện chất lượng nước, hạ tầng kĩ thuật, nâng cao sức khỏe của tôm bằng cách bổ sung chế phẩm sinh học, men tiêu hóa, vitamin C chống sốc vào trong thức ăn và diệt khuẩn khử trùng ao nuôi thường xuyên…
Với tình hình dịch bệnh Corona đang đe dọa sức khỏe con người thì ngành thủy sản cũng chịu chung hệ lụy của dịch bệnh. Khi mà các cửa khẩu giao thương với Trung Quốc đóng cửa thì tôm nuôi trong nội địa bị sụt giá vì không xuất khẩu được. Do vậy, người nuôi cần quản lý chặt chẽ ao nuôi của mình, khi có bất thường cần phải xử lý ngay để tránh thiệt hại nặng nề hơn.
